Every piece is shipped with DHL with full insurance. The items will come in their own box, carefully packed into a non-bleached cardboard box. The turnaround time is in between 2-6 weeks, as all pieces are made to order.

Due to its design only the Memento Mori ring can be resized at this moment. Please carefully check your ring size before ordering!

At this moment I am open for custom orders. Please e-mail me with your ideas and together we will work on your own personal piece.

Each piece of jewellery is made to order, so this means that I only allow returns within the 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after you have received the product to return it. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns please email at info@robinvannamen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without requesting a return first, will not be accepted. Shipping costs for the return are for the buyer.
All custom made pieces are not eligible for return.

All solid jewellery is very durable and suitable for day to day wear. Signs of wear will appear, but this only adds more charm to the piece and allows it to tell its own story. I strongly advice one not to wear their jewellery in chloride swimming pools, since it can cause porosity. Be especially mindful of wearing any gemstones in bathtubs and during cleaning with heavy chemicals. A lot of gemstones tend not to like chemicals and can lose their lustre by doing so.
